Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we only offer refunds if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Custom Products
Refunds for non-custom products are available within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
